Who we are

Well With Purpose (wellwithpurpose.com) is operated by Earl Teats, an independent distributor based in Lincoln County, Montana. This site is not the company’s official website. You can reach me through the contact form.

What I collect

  • Information you send me: when you use the contact form, your name, email address, phone number, town or area, your area of interest, your message, and whether you checked the consent box.
  • Technical information: like most websites, the server and its security tools record IP addresses, browser type, pages requested and the date and time, to keep the site secure and working.
  • Cookies: this site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. WordPress may set cookies needed for site administrators who log in.

Why I collect it

  • To reply to your questions.
  • If you checked the consent box, to contact you by phone, text message or email about the products and the partner opportunity.
  • To protect the site against spam and abuse.

Sharing

I do not sell, rent or trade your information. I share it only with service providers needed to run this website and deliver email (such as the web host), or when required by law. If you buy products or enroll as a partner, you do so directly with the company, and the company’s own privacy policy applies to the information you give them.

Texts and emails

Consent to be contacted is optional and is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text message, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting me.

How long I keep it

I keep inquiries only as long as needed to respond and follow up, and delete them on request. Server and security logs are kept for a limited time and then removed.

Your choices, including deletion

You can ask me what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Send a request through the contact form or reply to any email from me, and I’ll confirm within 30 days.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. I do not knowingly collect information from children.

Security

The site uses encrypted HTTPS connections, security monitoring and regular backups. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
